Matcha Gummy

I am familiar with almost every ingredient in the product so I thought I would give these a try. I am 6’ 185lb male with a high tolerance to caffeine/stimulants. I like to take 1 in the morning with my coffee and then another in the afternoon to help with the afternoon crash. The suggested serving is 1-2 daily but I’ll sometimes take up to 3 a day depending on what activities I’m doing. I definitely feel the energy/focus the most on an empty stomach. My girlfriend is 5’6 and she will take 1 and feel them instantly so the energy boost is subjective to someone’s body type and stimulant tolerance. My intention with taking these gummies is not to cut out caffeine but to decrease my coffee consumption, especially in the afternoon. This is a great product. The combination of these extracts put together was well thought out. You can’t beat paying $35 for 60 gummies. I only ate two and I noticed my energy increasing after being so tired. I felt this alertness come over me. I can taste the green tea and matcha extract in the gummies. There is a small sweet taste, which is from the coating. The gummies taste really really good. They are firm and do not get stuck together which makes them easy to come out of the container.

As someone who doesn't drink matcha I was really pleasantly surprised with the taste of these! Most gummies are hard to chew and don't taste very well but these tasted really fresh sweet! I wasn’t a huge fan of matcha, but that was before having these gummies! I could taste the matcha flavor, but it wasn’t overbearing at all and actually quite delicious! I was a bit fearful that this wasn’t going to taste delish (matcha can sometimes need an extra sweetener) but this was surprisingly good! It’s a perfect little gummy that I take in the morning at work. It doesn’t leave a horrible aftertaste as I’ve experienced before with other brands. For my island peeps, it tastes like tamarind!
